Essential IT Plan

Foundational remote IT support and system maintenance for small teams that need reliable help without the overhead of a full managed services engagement. This plan keeps your core systems healthy and gives your team a direct line to technical support when they need it.

Support coverage

  • Coverage hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST

  • Response time: Within 4 business hours for all support requests

  • Fair use: Designed for up to approximately 8 hours of routine support per month

  • After-hours emergencies: Available at $165/hour, billed in 30-minute increments

  • Month-to-month: $1,750/month  |  Annual agreements billed at $1,500/month

What's included

General IT Support

Remote assistance for the everyday technical issues that slow your team down. Covers troubleshooting user and device issues, login and access problems, business software navigation, and basic vendor coordination when outside help is needed.

Microsoft 365 and Office Support

Help with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 account management. This covers email setup, mailbox issues, shared access, password resets, and user onboarding and offboarding.

Endpoint Protection, Patching, and Backup

Managed antivirus and endpoint protection deployed across all covered devices, automated OS and software patch management, and verified cloud backup for files and email. We monitor patch status and backup health, apply updates on a defined schedule, review account access controls, and flag security alerts as they arise. Every device covered under this plan meets baseline cyber insurance requirements.

Monthly Summary

A brief monthly report covering support requests completed, updates applied, and any open items requiring your attention.

Optional add-on: Advanced EDR protection

For businesses that require a higher security posture, we offer Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) as a monthly add-on. EDR provides continuous behavioral monitoring, automated threat containment, and incident response support that goes beyond standard antivirus. This add-on also satisfies the security requirements of most business cyber insurance policies. Pricing available on request.

This plan covers core remote support and routine maintenance for small teams. The following are outside this plan's scope and quoted separately:

  • Business software and platform-specific support beyond M365

  • Website or WordPress maintenance

  • Vendor coordination and third-party escalations

  • Large projects, migrations, or implementations

  • Advanced security, compliance, or development work

  • After-hours support (available at $165/hour, billed in 30-minute increments)

  • Work that would reasonably exceed 8 hours in a given month
