Comprehensive managed IT support for established businesses that depend on their technology and need a partner who can keep up. This plan covers the full breadth of your day-to-day operations with extended coverage hours, faster response, on-site availability, and strategic guidance built in.

 

Support coverage

Coverage hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST  |  Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Response time: Within 1 business hour for all priority requests

On-site visits: Up to 4 hours per month included, scheduled or on-demand

Fair use: Designed for up to approximately 40 hours of support per month (remote + on-site)

After-hours emergencies: Priority response available at $145/hour, billed in 30-minute increments

Month-to-month: $6,000/month  |  Annual agreements billed at $5,500/month

 

What's included

General IT Support

Full-coverage remote assistance for all technical issues across your team and systems. Includes device troubleshooting, user access issues, software support, and proactive follow-up on recurring problems to prevent them from coming back.

Microsoft 365 and Office Support

Complete administration of your Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and licensing management. Covers email configuration, mailbox issues, shared access, policy management, and user onboarding and offboarding.

Business Software and Platform Support

Support across your full stack of business platforms, including scheduling systems, CRMs, practice management tools, and line-of-business applications. We troubleshoot errors, manage access issues, document recurring problems, and coordinate with developers or vendors on your behalf.

Website and WordPress Care

Ongoing maintenance for your business website including WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates; content updates; form troubleshooting; uptime monitoring; and backup verification. Minor issues are resolved without a separate work order.

Advanced EDR, Threat Monitoring, and Security Management

Enterprise-grade Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) deployed across all covered devices, providing continuous behavioral monitoring, automated threat containment, and incident response support. We manage Microsoft 365 security policies, conditional access controls, and account activity monitoring. Patch management runs on a defined schedule across all endpoints. Backup integrity is verified monthly. We deliver a monthly risk summary with specific action items, and your environment is maintained to satisfy cyber insurance requirements at this coverage level.

Vendor Coordination

We manage the relationship with your third-party vendors -- hosting providers, software platforms, Microsoft, domain registrars, and service providers -- handling escalations, follow-ups, and resolution on your behalf.

On-Site Support

Up to 4 hours of scheduled or on-demand on-site visits per month, included in the plan. Ideal for hardware issues, new employee setups, network troubleshooting, or anything that benefits from hands-on attention.

Quarterly IT Review and Roadmap

A dedicated quarterly session to review the health of your technology, align on upcoming needs, and plan ahead. You get a clear picture of where your systems stand and what's coming next -- before issues arise.

Monthly Summary and Recommendations

A detailed monthly report covering support activity, updates applied, open items, security observations, and recommendations for the month ahead. Everything documented, nothing left to guess.

This plan covers the full scope of managed IT operations for your business. The following are outside this plan's scope and quoted separately:

  • Large-scale system migrations or platform implementations

  • Advanced development work or custom integrations

  • Formal compliance assessments or cybersecurity programs

  • New hardware procurement or physical infrastructure buildout

  • On-site hours beyond the 4 included per month ($125/hour for additional)

  • After-hours emergency support (available at $145/hour, billed in 30-minute increments)

  • Work that would reasonably exceed 40 hours in a given month
