What you get
Managed IT Plan
Flat-fee managed IT support, maintenance, and technology guidance for your day-to-day business operations. Whether something breaks, a team member needs help, or you have a question, we handle it - without the friction of tracking billable hours.
Support coverage
Coverage hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
Response time: Within 2 business hours for all support requests
After-hours emergencies: Available at $165/hour, billed in 30-minute increments
Fair use: Designed for up to approximately 20 hours of routine support per month
Month-to-month: $3,850/month | Annual agreements billed at $3,500/month
What's included
General IT Support
Remote assistance for the technical issues that slow your team down. This covers troubleshooting user and device issues, reviewing login and access problems, helping staff navigate business software, and coordinating with vendors when outside support is needed.
Microsoft 365 and Office Support
Help with the tools your team relies on every day, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. This covers email configuration, mailbox issues, shared access, password resets, and user onboarding and offboarding.
Business Software Support
Assistance with the platforms your team uses to run daily operations, including scheduling systems, CRMs, practice management tools, and other line-of-business applications. We troubleshoot errors, review access issues, document recurring problems, and coordinate with developers or vendors on your behalf.
Website and WordPress Care
Ongoing maintenance for your business website including WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates; basic content updates; form troubleshooting; uptime checks; and backup verification.
Endpoint Protection, Patching, and Security Monitoring
Managed antivirus and endpoint protection deployed across all covered devices, with automated OS and application patch management on a defined schedule. We actively monitor Microsoft 365 security alerts, account access controls, and backup integrity. Advanced Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) is included at this tier, providing behavioral threat monitoring and automated containment. All covered devices satisfy baseline cyber insurance requirements.
Vendor Coordination
We communicate directly with your third-party vendors, including hosting providers, software platforms, domain registrars, and service providers, to resolve issues on your behalf. Third-party fees and paid vendor support costs are not included.
Monthly Summary and Recommendations
A monthly report covering support requests completed, updates applied, any open items, and our recommendations for the month ahead. You stay informed without having to ask.
Good to know
This plan covers ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across your core business systems. The following fall outside this plan's scope and are quoted separately:
Large-scale projects, system migrations, or platform implementations
Advanced development work or custom integrations
Compliance assessments or formal cybersecurity programs
New hardware procurement or physical infrastructure work
After-hours support (available at $165/hour, billed in 30-minute increments)
Any work that would reasonably exceed 20 hours in a given month
